- Remove the cooling insert from the base.
- Place the insert in your freezer for at least 2–4 hours or until frozen.
- Once frozen, return the insert to the sturdy melamine base.
- Fill the bowl with fresh water for your pet to enjoy.
- Repeat as needed for continuous cool water throughout the day.
Cleaning: Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers.
Caution: Do not leave pets unattended if they tend to chew objects. Not suitable for dishwasher use.
