DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  1. Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it will be reviewed, approved, and packed within 1–3 business days. After that, it will be prepared for shipment.

  2. Shipping Time: After the package is collected by our carrier, delivery within the USA typically takes 4–7 business days via local postal services.


 Note: Delivery times do not include customs processing. Delays may occur during high-demand periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.

SHIPPING COSTS

Spend $99 or more and your goodies ship free—yep, totally free! Just sit, stay, and wait 4-7 business days for delivery. 

 Orders under $99 ship with flat-rate ground delivery for just $2.99 — the best value available.

TRACKING 

After your package is shipped, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number. This number can be used to monitor your order on our website. 

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is packed and ready, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or regions with carrier limitations. Certain items may be restricted based on local laws or regulations.


RETURNS

Not wagging your tail over your order? No worries! Drop us a line at help@tailhaus.com with your order number, and we’ll fetch the return or exchange details. You've got 30 days from delivery, as long as items are unused, in their original packaging, and ready for their next forever home.

Heads-up: Returns and exchanges come with a $5 restocking fee. Sale items with 30% off or more? Those are final—no take-backs, even if your pup gives us the puppy eyes.
