Hassle-Free Returns
At the Tailhaus, we want you (and your furry sidekick) to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, our return process is simple, straightforward, and designed to make things easy for you.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- All parts, tags, accessories, or manuals must be included
-The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
We’re unable to accept returns on:
- Items marked as final sale or discounted by 30% or more
- Products that have been used, chewed, or damaged (unless the issue was our fault)
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return?
To return or exchange an item, just email us at help@tailhaus.com within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return so we can assist you promptly.
Restocking Fee
A $5 restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges. This small fee helps us keep things running smoothly and maintain fair prices for all our customers.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or something’s not working as it should, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include a few photos and a description of the issue—we’ll replace the item or offer a full refund based on your preference.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an update. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or item? We’re happy to help with an exchange, as long as the original item meets our return conditions. Just reach out and we’ll take care of the rest.
